# US$ Payments via Stripe

## When can I receive my product after payment?

Currently, USD payments are each manually processed by our staff team while we work on an automated solution. Thus, please allow our staff team **up to 7 days** to process your USD payment.

## What do I do if I entered the wrong Roblox user ID at checkout?

Please ensure you email us with the email address you used at checkout or provide us with the payment receipt ID in your email.

Please notify the **Founder** as soon as possible via [email](/docs/support/support/contact.md#email-the-founder-of-arc-co). You are only allowed to change the Roblox user ID in your purchase **once** and you must notify us **within 3 days** from the payment date.
