# How to Get Console Output

When you [contact us](/docs/support/support/contact.md) regarding a product issue, it can be very helpful to provide us with your Roblox experience's console output so that we can diagnose the issue more efficiently.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to get your Roblox experience's console output.

### Enable Debug Mode

If your Noren product has a Debug Mode setting in its system configuration module, turn it on/set it to `true`. This will make the product print its debugging information to the console.

### Playtest your game

Start a Playtest session and wait for atleast 30 seconds. If necessary, reproduce the error.

### Copy all your output

Assuming you have already opened your Output window, right click on any log in your Output window and click "Select All", then right click on the selected logs again and click "Copy".

### Create a New Paste

Next, go to [Pastebin](https://pastebin.com/) and paste your copied output into the text box, then scroll down and click on "Create a New Paste".

### Share your Paste with us

After your Paste was created, copy the link in your browser's URL bar and share the link with us when you contact us.
