# Purchasing Products (for under-16 customers)

Starting 19th May 2026, Roblox now restricts our Product Hub and other ineligible experiences to standard Roblox accounts aged **16 and above**.

If you're under 16, visit our Product Hub experience page. You'll see a button that says **Unlock**. Press it and follow the instructions.
